About Albany Roofing Contractors
About Albany Roofing Contractors
A Capital Region roofing company backed by a general contractor.
Albany Roofing Contractors is the roofing division of Clifton Development Group. We repair and replace roofs on homes, rentals and commercial buildings across Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady and Rensselaer counties.
Why a general contractor matters on a roof job
Tearing off an old roof often uncovers more than worn shingles: rotted decking, damaged fascia, soft sheathing around a chimney. Because we come from general contracting, we fix what we find underneath instead of covering it up, and the estimate spells out how we handle it.
What we work on
- Roof repairs, from flashing leaks to storm damage
- Full roof replacements with asphalt shingles or metal
- EPDM and TPO flat roofs for homes and businesses
- Commercial roofs for owners, landlords and property managers
